  18. <p>     The bald eagle has a good buddy in Dolly Parton. At her
  19. Dollywood theme park in Tennessee, the country star will break
  20. ground next month for an aviary to house the U.S.'s largest
  21. collection of bald eagles unable to survive in the wild. Though
  22. it appears on the dollar and the President's Seal, the nation's
  23. official symbol hasn't always fared well. One member of the
  24. aviary is Osceola, a male that had been shot and is now
  25. one-winged. Dolly found him to be "real sweet. But I could feel
  26. his power. He needed to be respected. I didn't want to get on
  27. Oscie's bad side."
